Sunrise Smoothie

1 to 3 frozen bananas
1 large carrot, peeled and cut up
1 large mango, peeled and sliced
1 inch of fresh ginger root, peeled
1 to 2 cups of water

Fill a
blender with water and add other ingredients.  Blend to desired consistency.  Enjoy! 

PS:  you can add 1 tsp. of
maca powder to it, if desired.
